Telecom Bill Audit Services
Telecom bills usually account for around 20% of a company’s budget. That is a significant percentage of your hard-earned income that needs to be spent wisely. Unfortunately on about 80% of telecom bills, there is a billing error in favor of the carrier. You are already giving your carrier a substantial portion of your income; don’t give them more than you have to! National Networks will provide an initial bill audit of your current carrier to first determine what services you currently have. But we typically find errors on those bills at well that you can request a credit for. But moving forward, once you sign up for new service or you switch carriers, we will do a full audit of your first full bill to ensure everything is as you ordered it and that it is all billing correctly. We then provide annual bill audit services to ensure that everything is continuing to bill correctly and that nothing has changed from the original order.
Trouble Ticket Monitoring Services
One of the most frustrating things in business is when either your voice or internet services go down; or even worse, BOTH of them go down. Regardless of who your carrier is, even if you have multiple carriers, if you signed up for service through National Networks, we will work to be your single point of contact and be the liaison between you and the carriers. You can easily spend hours on hold with your carrier during an outage. Your time spent on hold would be much better spend conducting the operations of your business, so leave that part to us! As soon as you notice any problem with either your voice or data network, give National Networks a call and we will immediately open up a trouble ticket with your carrier through our agent channel, and we will continually monitor it by requesting frequent updates until the situation is resolved and you are back up. This service becomes especially valuable when you have also purchased your telephone system through National Networks. Normally, as soon as you go down, you call your carrier and they immediately defer the problem to your phone system provider. So you call them and they immediately defer back to your carrier! Now what!!?? You are not a telecom professional, so how do you deal with that? Well since National Networks is the agent of both the voice and data network and the phone system, we immediately contact both parties and if they start the finger pointing, we simply connect them together on a conference call or we initiate a “vendor meet” on site and make them work together until the problem is identified and fixed. Getting your back up and running is our top goal and we work for you until that happens.
Carrier Term-Out Quoting Services
Ever notice how you are your carriers “best friend” through the sales process, and then once you are installed you never hear from them again…………UNTIL your contract is just about up and it is time to re-sign it? At National Networks, this is not how we work at all. We believe that the time in-between your installation and the contract renewal is a critical time to maintain our relationship with you and show that you have a true partner, and not just a provider. We are constantly monitoring the new pricing matrix’s from the carriers during your term and if another product or service comes out from your particular carrier that would fit your needs and lower your monthly bill, we will bring it to you for review. Then six months before your agreement with your carrier is about to expire, we take your services back out to market and get new quotes from your carrier as well as others. This does two very important things; it makes you aware of any new carriers or any new products or services from another carrier would be a better fit for you. But it also helps your carrier to understand that you are indeed shopping your service around, and they are much more willing to offer you a better deal to stay with them.
